  The best Real Estate company I have ever dealt with in Sydney to date. Colin is honest and someone you can rely on with your property decisions.
  Don't trust the next door agency to Costigan in Quaker Hills area who are only focused on their own marketing with big billboards having their photos all around this area all paid for by our money.

  If you want the best, look no further
  Selling a house can be a stressful time. After meeting with several agents, we decided to go with Sacha and the Costigns Hills team and it was the best decision we have made.
  Sacha is in a class above the rest. Knowledgeable, honest, reliable, professional and hard working. Any problems we encountered, Sacha had a solution for it and as a result, our house sold within a week of being listed and for the price we wanted, plus he was able to negotiate with the buyer to allow us to rent on while we looked for another house. Having Sacha as our agent has no doubt made our experience easier, he was a massive support throughout the whole process.
  
  We cannot thank Sacha and the team at Costigan Hills enough. If we are ever looking to sell again, we know who we will be asking!

  My advice to prospective sellers is "fight the urge to resist feedback, and trust in the advice that Sascha offers," doing so will set you on the right path for optimal results.
  
  As a first-time-home-seller, Sascha Bayat was the right fit for my family and I.
  
  He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. Went out of his way to educate and walk us though every stage of the selling process. Demonstrated detailed knowledge of the market and specifically about my suburb, the surround suburbs and the expected customer base.
  
  He is also a fair negotiator and a clear communicator that is able to confidently keep all involved parties (including the buyers) well coordinated and satisfied.
  
  Sascha is a respectful and honest talker; unafraid to offer candid constructive criticism, where required to elevate the selling potential of our home. In the end, the results speak for itself and my family and I are very happy with the final outcome.

  Sacha was very helpful and was always available during the process of buying the house. He arranged private inspection for me and my wife to see the house on Sunday. He went to extra mile in negotiating with tenant to move out early so that I can move into the house early.
  
  I thought the process will be smooth but unfortunately the owner lost the title and the settlement was delayed for more that three weeks. Sacha and team negotiated with the owner and help me and my family get into the house before settlement which was very helpful for me.
