- Matt Added February 20, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆To the baker, your pies are not good! please take a trip to Kellyville bake house and buy a pie to see and taste how a good pie is made. Your pastry base is too soft and the filling is slop. It's a mess, a real train wreck! Try a buttery flakey pastry top.
I don't know how you think your salad rolls are Bahn Mi Thit, because they most certainly are far from it. Pre made, what is that! no coriander, no soy, spring onion, prob no pate, bad selection, where is the crispy pork, char siu, lemon, grass beef, the list goes on at good bakeries and to top it off $1 extra for chilli, what! no one else does that. While your out go to an Xcel roll or any other bakery and see how they make Bahn Mi Thit because you are doing it all wrong. I don't know how this place scores high. It is my local so I would prefer to go there but ATM I travel to other bakeries to get better quality which is a shame. Baker please take on board so of these suggestions to make your bakery worth going to. - Charlotte Hudson Added February 16, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Amazing pies and sausage rolls! The bread is some of the lightest, crispiest I have ever had. It's not my closest bakery but it is the one I frequent. The Bahn Mi are all premade so you loose out on some quality but everything else is fantastic.
