  Worst Maccas ever.
  So disappointing.
  Big Mac barely holding together, and ice cold.
  Cold junior burger.
  Half full old cold fries.
  Asked for 3 sweet & sour sauces and got 3 BBQ.
  I even confirmed the sauces when it was handed over.
  No aoili in stock.
  No flavours in frozen drinks except coke.

  They park 6 cars and run around asking the cars what they ordered while the food gets cold. Their fries are always cold and soggy and something is always missing. When you tell them that they've made a mistake they act like it's your fault. It's sad that this is the closest macers to my place.

  I ordered via the app to this store. I was in the car park when I ordered so I didn't think it would be ready for a little while, but I went in anyway. To my surprise the order was ready and sitting on the counter for me. The staff were super prompt and very nice. The store was clean and tidy and the bathrooms looked well looked after. The food was hot and fresh. The coffee was a little lack luster and could have been a bit hotter. Overall, a good store to visit.

  Had the sweetest customer service this morning! The lady on drive through greeted kindly with a smile as well as the lady in the pick up window. It’s always a nice way to start the day! Thanks guys :)
  
  ***but did have to wait over 10mins for 2 coffees, pancakes and 2 hash browns :( and they were cold.

  The worst McDonald's experience of my life. I ordered at the drive in window, was asked to wait in the car park and even after fifteen minutes there was no sight of food. I went to enquire and they lied about coming to the car park and not finding me.

  McDonald’s Quakers Hill I think there needs to be more improvements with the quality of food they serve. I have noticed when I order I tend to have incorrect order or missing items or cold soggy meals . It’s like no effort has been put into the food when they serve it you . It’s lovely restaurant but just needs to improve on making the food fresh and hot .
  Apart from that the customer service is excellent.
