  Unprofessional staff at reception/ booking, after long wait of weeks for appointment, once I got in they haven't service transmission as communicated in beginning referred me to transmission specialist that's another a month of long wait. Transmission issue require immediate attention and they so called experts dealing unprofessionally and wasting time.
  Another time I called for tyre change, he told me come over in morning and one I gone they told me need to book appointment (visit them just to book appointment), you have issue in car coming over is not easy just to book appointment only.

  Called up for a pink slip. No one answered, but got a phone message stating that there's no need to book an inspection. So I rock up and wait in queue only to be told they have 4 already and are not taking any more.
  Not their fault, but false info, and the sign at the back of the room tells me pretty much what type of business they run - it reads "Your poor planning is not our emergency".

  These guys just great! I had a flat tyre and needed to be fixed immediately. They didn't ask me to come back since i was a walk in. The response was so positive. They got it fixed so good and i just waited less than an hour. Thanks guys

  The staff intentionally avoid you to make you wait while they joke and carry on just outside the office.
  I went there for an alignment and when I got home I was missing a wheel nut. I went back and they looked at it and said all fixed. To my surprise they didn’t replace it with the correct nut nor even a chrome one so it looked similar. They had use a smaller black nut for steel wheels not the type for alloy wheels.
  If they think they can get away with visible things like this I’d hate to know what they hide where it’s unseen. Avoid this place wherever possible!!!

  I just happen to pull into this work shop because I thought I had a problem, as the mechanic who was looking after my car since new closed up shop.
  I felt at ease as soon as I met Aaron and then I met Tony , two lovely guys who know their job.
  I hope I can get another 8 years with these guys looking after my little car. I was so happy with the service. My car felt so good when I went for a drive, like new... Thanks guys.

  These mechanics are a good local to take your car to. They're easy to chat to and seem rather straight up, which is appreciated.

  I used to service my old Accord Euro here and never had any complaints. And recently I got my 2 year old civic serviced here and wow the guys did an amazing job. The car is running a lot smoother than it did when it was serviced as new at the dealer. Fuel efficiency has also improved a lot. A big thumbs up to these guys!

  We moved into the area and tried Tony as our new Car Care guy. It's always a worry changing mechanics, and our car is 28 years old and we want to keep it as sweet as possible. We've had a few services and maintenance jobs by Tony now and we are happy and here to stay. Prices seem reasonable, not the cheapest we've had but definitely not expensive. You know with some mechanics you sense that you are being taken for a ride and you don't really trust them. Service here is really good, friendly, good communication, respectful, quick, no messing and you feel like you and your car are being looked after.
